Ground Ivy (Glechoma Hederacea)

(Minerals in ground ivy – iron, copper, iodine, phosphorus, and potassium)
General idea how to prepare ground ivy:
One teaspoon of leaves steeped in one cup of water.
Healing Energies:
Internal:
It helps with conditions of the stomach – gas/chloric
Helps open blockages of the gallbladder and liver.
Helps with cough.
Helps with women’s complaints.
Helps with glandular health.
External:
Ground ivy can be boiled with honey and calendula. Once it is cooled it can be used to help clean ulcers. It can also be used to help relieve itching.
