Step into the ancient current of Northern European healing traditions, where energy, intention, and the unseen threads of connection weave together to restore balance and well-being. In this immersive class, Jeff “The Hooded Wanderer” Felty guides you through the rich tapestry of pre-Christian and early folk healing practices rooted in the Germanic lands—traditions that have quietly endured and still echo today, including within Pennsylvania German folk culture.

Explore how healers, cunning folk, and wise practitioners worked with the flow of life force, understanding the body not just as physical, but as energetic and deeply connected to land, spirit, and symbol. Through this lens, students will discover how intention, spoken charm, and ritual action were used to influence health and harmony.

This class will introduce you to the foundations of sympathetic magic—the art of connection and correspondence—where like affects like, and the smallest symbolic act can ripple into powerful healing. Learn how energy is directed through focused will, how charms and spells were crafted for healing, and how these time-honored practices can still be applied in meaningful ways today.

Whether you are new to energy work or looking to deepen your practice through ancestral pathways, this class offers a grounded, insightful, and magically rich experience rooted in tradition and living wisdom.
